Brief description
As a continuing security for the discharge and punctual payment of the secured obligations and with full title guarantee, the chargor charges to the chargee by way of legal mortgage all the freehold and leasehold property now vested in or charges to the chargor, including the property specified in the schedule, being 189B balham high road; land and buildings at back of 6-20 ravenstone st, SW12 9BE and registered at hm land registry with absolute title under title numbers SGL182878 and LN187865.. As a continuing security for the discharge and punctual payment of the secured obligations, the chargor with full title guarantee charges to the chargee, by way of fixed charge, all estates or interests in any freehold and leasehold property now and in the future vested in or chared to the chargor, except the property charged by clause 3.1; and charges to the chargee by way of fixed charge all choses in actions, claims and intellectual property rights (including contract rights in patents, inventions, copyrights, design rights, trademarks, service marks, database rights, confidential information, know-how, domain names and business names) of the chargor (present and future)..
