The leasehold property at dysons chambers, briggate, leeds, west yorkshire LS1 6EP as demised by a deed of variation, surrender and re-grant dated 9 june 2022 made between (1) scott’s hospitality limited and (2) yorkshire housing limited (the “deed of surrender and re-grant”) for a term of 154 years expiring on 17 october 2147, the registered title in respect of which is, as at the date of this deed, still pending at the land registry (form AP1 submitted by bevan brittan LLP on 14 june 2022 with land registry reference E684CNS) but which will be derived out of the landlord’s long leasehold reversion (title number WYK553149) and the original lease (for a term of 125 years expiring on 17 october 2118) in respect of which (I.E. prior to the deed of surrender and re-grant) was registered under title number WYK554603.
