1. by way of legal mortgage the freehold land and buildings known as lawnswood, 39 quarry road east, heswall, wirral CH60 6RB and registered at the land registry under title number MS38438, together will all buildings, fixtures and fixed plant and machinery on such property, the proceeds of sale of the whole or any part of such property and all rights appurtenant to or benefiting any such property.. 2. by way of fixed charge the benefit of all agreements relating to the property; its rights under the appointment of any managing agent of the property; all rights title and interest in insurances of the property, the benefit of all authorisations held in connection with any charged asset or any business operating from the property and the right to recover and receive all compensation which may be payable and the assets referred to in clause 3.2 of the deed.
