Brief description
(A) the mortgagor charges: (I) by way of legal mortgage all the freehold property known as or being 43-47 high street rayleigh essex registered at hm land registry with title number AA65377 (“mortgaged property”) and all the interest of the mortgagor in the mortgaged property together with all buildings, fixtures including trade fixtures (if any) and fixed plant and machinery from time to time on the mortgaged property together with all estates, rights, title, options, easements and privileges benefitting the same including all beneficial interests and rights in the mortgaged property and in any proceeds of sale or disposal of any part of the mortgaged property; (ii) by way of first fixed charge any shares held by the mortgagor in any company from time to time which has any rights in or is connected to the mortgaged property; and (iii) by way of first fixed charge the benefit of all guarantees, indemnities, rent deposits, agreements, contracts, undertakings and warranties relating to the mortgaged property.. (B) the mortgagor agrees to assign all of its right, title, estate and other interests in and to all rents and other sums at any time payable by any tenants or licensees or occupiers of the mortgaged property together with the benefit of all its rights and remedies relating to them subject to redemption upon repayment of.
