Please see clause 2.3(a)(ii) of the security agreement which charges by way of a first fixed charge all estates or interests in any freehold or leasehold property now or subsequently owned by it (other than property that is subject to a mortgage under clause 2.3(a)(i) or that is located in scotland)..
