Brief description
All and whole (first) that plot or area of ground extending to six hundred and thirty square metres or thereby and lying on the south side of tummel crescent, pitlochry, in the county of perth, as said plot or area of ground is delineated in black and coloured pink on the plan no.1 Annexed and subscribed as relative to the disposition by north of scotland hydro-electric board in favour of james joseph duffy and ann oughton neil french duffy dated the twentieth day of december and recorded in the general register of sasines applicable to the county of perth on the twenty eighth day of december both in the year nineteen hundred and eighty four; and (second) all and whole that plot or area of ground extending to fifteen square metres or thereby and lying on the east side of tummel crescent aforesaid as said plot or area of ground is delineated in black and coloured pink on the plan no.2 Annexed and subscribed as relative to the disposition by north of scotland hydro-electric board in favour of james joseph duffy and ann oughton neil french duffy dated and recorded in the said division of the general register of sasines as aforesaid; which two plots or areas of ground hereby disponed form part and portion of all and whole the subjects in the county foresaid disponed (first) by and shown coloured pink on the plan annexed and signed relative to disposition and deed of servitude by david henry butter in favour of north of scotland hydro-electric board dated the sixth day of march and recorded in the division of the general register of sasines applicable to the county of perth on the ninth day of april both in the year nineteen hundred and fifty seven; together with (one) the dwellinghouse known as number four a tummel crescent, pitlochry, perthshire, and the whole other buildings and erections on the said plot or area of ground being the subjects coloured pink on the attached plan annexed and executed as relative hereto (first) hereby disponed; (two) the garage known as number six tummel crescent aforesaid and the whole other buildings and erections on the said plot or area of ground (second) hereby disponed; (three) a right in common with all other parties entitled to use the same to the access road known as tummel crescent aforesaid all as the said road is shown coloured yellow on the plans numbers 1 and 2 annexed and subscribed as relative to the said disposition by north of scotland hydro-electric board in favour of james joseph duffy and ann oughton neil french duffy dated and recorded as aforesaid; (four) the fittings and fixtures therein and thereon so far as belonging to us; (five) the whole common mutual and sole rights and the parts, privileges and pertinents thereof subject as aftermentioned; and (six) our whole right, title and interest, present and future in and to the subjects (first) and (second) hereby disponed subject as aftermentioned.
