Pursuant to which the company (I) mortgages,charges and pledges and agrees to mortgage charge and pledge with full title guarantee in favour of wood gundy by way of first fixed legal mortgage the collateral (as defined in the credit support deed) and any sums relating thereto and (ii) assigns and agrees to assign with full title guarantee the assigned rights (as defined in the credit support deed) to wood gundy absolutely as security for the performance of all present and future obligations of the company under the agreement (as defined in the credit support deed) the transaction (as defined in the credit support deed)
