If a subordinated creditor receives a payment or distribution in cash or kind in respect of or on account of any of the subordinated creditor liabilities from the borrower or any other source except for permited payment etc the subordinated creditor will hold the same in trust for and pay and distribute it to the agent for the application towards the senior liabilities.
