Amount secured
The secured indebtedness to the extent that this results in monetary payment obligations (verplichtingen tot voldoening van een geldsom), whether now existing or hereafter arising including without limitation monetary payment obligations to pay damages, of the company to the chargee (the "lsa secured obligations")
