Amount secured
The secured indebtedness to the extent that this results in monetary payment obligations (verplichtingen tot volcloening van een geldsom), whether now existing or hereafter arising including without limitation monetary payment obligations to pay damages, of the company to the chargee (the "lsa secured obligations")
Short particulars
The chargor grants as security for the prompt payment when due of the lsa secured obligations, and, to the extent required, agrees to grant to the chargee a first priority right of pledge by way of repledge (eerste recht van herverpanding) in respect of the pua pledged collateral..
