All monies. Equitable mortgage. The hereditaments and premises comprised in an indenture of lease dated 1/7/69 and made between john mcmillan & son LTD of the one part and mr mcneill of the other part whereby the premises therein comprised were demised to the lessee therein for the term of 10000 years from 1/11/67 less the last three days thereof subject to yearly rent of one shilling (five new pence) if demanded and therein described as "all that piece or parcel of ground in the townlands of druma- drough and ballygolan barony of lower belfast town of newtownabbey and county antrim which as to the abuttals and boundaries thereof is more particularly delineated on the map hereto annexed and thereon edged red together with the right for the lessee his undertenants and assigns to pass and repass at all times with or without vehicles over and along the new estate road which leads from longlands road to the demised premises which said new estate road is coloured yellow on the said map".
