Agreement and guarantee a floating charge on all F.28 component parts produced by the company (hereafter and in the agreement referred to in column 3 hereof called "the F.28 compon- ent parts") and all materials and com- ponents comprised in or acquired or produced by the company for the purposes of incorporation in the F.28 component parts and allmoneys due to the company in respect of any of the F.28 component parts less any money owing to creditors in respect thereof. Note:- the company is not to be at liberty without the consent of the ministry of finance to create any mort- gage or charge on any part of the charged property ranking pari passu with or in priority to this charge.
