Agreement and debenture 40 skyvan aircraft numbered 11-50 and all spare parts and customer special requirements therefor and in relation to any such aircraft, spare parts or cus- tomer special requirements in the course of construction or broken down after construction including any materials or components comprised in or acquired or produced by the company for the purposes of the construction of the said aircraft spare parts or customer special require- ments. Jigs and tools made or purchased by the company specifically for the construction of the aircraft. Moneys for the time being standing to the credit of the company in the special bank account maintained by the company in accordance with the agreement. Moneys due to the company in respect of any sale of any of the aircraft or the jigs and tools.
