Of the third part (registered in the registry of deeds on 16TH day of september 1959 under book 43 no.255) as was comprised within a lease dated 16TH day of april 1952 and made between george wallace sythes of the first part and james J. hyde limited of the second part (registered in the registry of deeds on 30TH april 1952 under book 17 no. 87) and more particularly described therein as "all that piece or parcel of ground with the buildings erected thereon known as numbers 44 & 46 waring street, belfast, situate on the north side of waring street in the parish of shankill barony of upper belfast and county of the city or county borough of belfast... And is thereon edged red" excepting and reserving as are excepted and reserved in a conveyance dated the 17TH day of april 1945 and made between hollywood & donnelly LTD. Of the first part, the national bank LTD. Of the second part and george W. sythes of the third part (registered in the registry of deeds on 22ND may 1945 under book 10 no. 272).
