Short particulars
All monies. Mortgage 1. the company did demise unto the said bank the undernoted freehold and lease- hold hereditaments and premises to hold the same unto the bank for the term of 1,000 years from the date of the said mortgage debenture. A) freehold hereditaments and premises held under two conveyances dated 22/5/69 and 29/12/70 made between john fletcher of the one part and the company together comprising tow acres 3,000 sq yards or thereabouts situate at chancellor's rd newry in the parish of newry barony of upper orior and county of down. B) all that parcel of ground at the rear of 15 downshire road, newry in the parish of newry barony of the lordship of newry and co down held with other lands under a fee farm grant made the 31/10/1854 from mary browne and richard jebb browne to robert gfreer and conveyd to the company by conveyance made 12/5/ 69 from thomas malone to the company. Which said hereditaments and premises were demised unto the bank as aforesaid without impeachment of waste subject to the reservations, stipulations and con- ditions (if any) set out in the second schedule to the said mortgage debenture.
