All monies. Mortgage the hereditaments and premises comprised in an indenture of conveyance dated the 23/7/96 made between provincial pubs limited of the one part and lavery limited of the other part and therein desceibed as "all and singular the premises known as the pavilion bar, 296/298 ormeau road in the townland of ballynafeigh, barony of castlereagh and county of the city of belfast which said premises are more particularly deline- ated and described in the first schedule the second schedule and the thrid sche- dule hereto and delineated on map there- of hereto annexed and thereon surrounded by a red line which said map shall form part of this deed" together with the intoxicating liquor licence attached thereto. The mortgagor as beneficial owner hereby assigns (so far as the mortgagor is able) to the bank (but subject to the mortgagors right to reassignment on redemption) the benefit of:- any other covenant agreement under- taking charge right or remedy relating to the property and all rights of the mortgagor to be paid or to receive compensation under any statute by reason of any compulsory acquisition requisit- ioning or other exercise of compulsory powers in relation to th property or any refusal withdrawal or modification of planning permission relative thereto or any control or limitation imposed upon or affecting the user of the same.
