Mortgage all that and those the lands heredita- ments and licensed premises known as the botanic inn and situate at 23,25 and 27 malone road, belfast which said premises are comprised in firstly a conveyance dated the 1/11/63 and made between charles joseph gerard mooney and james patrick mooney of the one part and the borrower of the other part. Secondly an assignment dated 10/4/95 and made between dunadry development company limited of the one part and the borrower of the other part. Together with the intoxicating liquor licence attached thereto and the under- taking goodwill of the business carried on in the mortgaged property with any buildings now or hereafter erected or in the course of erection thereon and the benefit of all licences.
