Floating charge the undertaking and all the property of the company whatsoever and wheresoever both present and future including its uncalled capital for the time being if any. It is provided by the said deed that the company shall not be at liberty to create without the previous written consent of local enterprise development unit anymortgage charge or lien on any of its assets ranking in priority there- to or pari passu therewith.
