Short particulars
The borrower assigns the rents to the bank absolutely as a continuing security for the discharge in full when due of all the obligations.. "Bank" means the said governor and company of the bank of ireland as security and trustee.. "Obligations" means all present and future obligations and liabilities of the borrower owed to either secured party on any account or in whatsoever manner in any currency or currencies whether actual or contingent, whether incurred solely or jointly with any other persons and whether as principal or surety together with all interest accruing and all costs, charges and expenses incurred in connection therewith..
