Debenture 1. all that piece or portion of land situate in the townland of derry in the barony of dungannon middle and county of tyrone containing 3 roods and 396 sq yds statute measure or thereabouts more particularly described and delineated on the map or plan thereof attached to indenture of lease made the 12/8/74 between john mcavoy of the one part and the company of the other part and there- on surrounded by a red line held there- under for the term of 21 years from 1/5/74 subject to the yearly rent of #40 2. all that and those th tenement or dwelling house or garden and stores attached thereto with the appurtenances thereunto belonging situate in the town of coalisland in the county of tyrone then or lately in the occupation of rachel morrison with the admeasurements as described in indenture of conveyance made 29/1/76 between james edward mcavoy of the one part and the company of the other part held forever subject to the payment of the yearly rent of #12.
