Deed of mortgage 1. piece or parcel of ground containing 5 acres 3 roods and 107 sq yds in the townland of drummond barony of keenaght and county of londonderry 2. the undertaking and all the property of the company whatsoever and whereso- ever both present and future including its uncalled capital for the time being if any. The said deed provides that the company shall not be at liberty to create with- out the previous written consent of local enterprise development unit any mortgage charge or lien on any of its assets ranking in priority thereto or pari passu therewith.
