All that leasehold ground and first floor shop premises situate at 46 and 48 main street, randalstown, county antrim as more particularly described in and demised by a lease dated 8 april 2019 and made between (1) sheelagh e hillan (as landlord) and (2) randalstown pharmacies limited (as tenant) for the term of 10 years from 1 march 2019 subject to the annual rent thereby reserved and to the covenants on the part of the tenant and conditions therein contained, together with all estates or interests in said premises acquired by randalstown pharmacies limited after the date of the charge.
