C) indenture of conveyance dated the 15 march 1995 and made between killyman dairies limited of the one part and k hughes & company limited of the other part.. (3) the property known as 110 trewmount road, dungannon, county tyrone being all of the lands comprised in folios 35303, 27439, TY17819 and TY9535 county tyrone;. (4) the property known as 113 trewmount road, dungannon, county tyrone being all of the lands comprised in folios 8250, 28321 and 28382 county tyrone; and. (5) the property known as 118A trewmount road, dungannon, county tyrone being all of the lands comprised in folio TY5048 county tyrone.
