All monies.mortgage the building and premises situate at and known as 8 edward road, whitehead, carrickfergus, co antrim parish of templecorran barony of lower belfast and county of antrim being the hereditaments and premises comprised in and demised by an indenture of lease dated 2ND august 1909 (registered in the registry of deeds, dublin on 3RD november 1909 book 96 no 113) and made between thomas foulkes shillington and others of the one part and francis seymour hill and others of the other part for the term of 998 years from 1ST november 1909 subject to the yearly rent of #7 thereby reserved and to the covenants on the lessees part and conditions therein contained. The company therein covenanted that it shall not and will not create a second or subsequent charge of the charged premises wthout the prior consent in writing of the bank.
