Tyrone BT71 6BA. (2) the leasehold land to the south of washingford row, dungannon and known as land and buildings at washingford row, milltown, dungannon, county tyrone, BT71 7BG registered at the land registry with folio TY84606L county tyrone. (3) firstly:. All that the property comprised in an indenture dated 26TH september 2002 between (1) george allen stewart and (2) europarts motor factor limited therein described as “all and singular that part of the property comprised in an indenture of conveyance dated 27TH january 1981 made between tba industrial products limited of the one part and the vendor of the other part more particularly delineated on the map or plan thereof hereto attached and thereon surrounded by a red line all of which lands and premises are situate in the townland of ballysaggart parish of donaghmore barony of middle dungannon and county of tyrone. Secondly: all that the land comprised in an indenture of conveyance dated 26TH september 2002 between (1) tyrone property company limited and (2) europarts motor factors limited and therein described as “all and singular the property conveyed by indenture of conveyance dated 10TH september 1984 and made between viscount double glazing limited of the one part and grs management limited of the other part and therein described as “all that part or portion of the lands in the townland of ballysaggart in the barony of middle dungannon and county of tyrone having a postal address at beechvalley, dungannon aforesaid being a portion of the lands hereditaments and premises comprised in and conveyed by the grant and the first and second lease extending on the south side or front along the roadway 119 feet 9 inches having its north east boundary the security fence around the bungalow which is situate on the portion therein referred to comprising 165 acres or thereabouts extending on the north to the centre of the stream which said hereditaments and premises have an acre of 1 acre 2 roods, 150 square yards or thereabouts statute measure and are more particularly delineated or described on the map or plan hereto attached and thereon surrounded by a red verge line together with all buildings thereon and all rights members and appurtenances thereonto belonging and in anywise appertaining thereto.” And (ii) by way of fixed charge all intellectual property rights of europarts motor factors limited.
