Firstly all that and those the freehold premises registered at the land registry of northern ireland with folio number AN10276 county antrim being a plot of ground situate on the south east side of turin street in the county borough of belfast;. Secondly, all of the leasehold land and premises demised by and more particularly described in a sub-lease dated 19 may 1988 and made between (1) the most reverend cathal daly, the most reverend patrick walsh, the most reverend anthony farquahar and the reverend sean campbell and (2) westlink enterprises limited (“the sub-lease”) and therein described as “all that piece or parcel of land situate on the east side of distillery street in the parish of shankill barony of upper belfast and county of the city or county borough of belfast more particularly delineated and described on the map or ground plan thereof hereto annexed and thereon edged red”,. Thirdly, all of the leasehold land and premises assigned by virtue of a deed of exchange dated 12 september 1988 and made between (1) westlink enterprises limited and (2) the clarence clothing company limited and therein described as “the lands and premises shown edged red on the map numbered 5 hereto annexed and comprised in and demised by, as to part thereof, lease dated 16 july 1870 made between william murphy, joseph john murphy, isaac james murphy, nicolas william grimshaw and o’donnell grimshaw of the one part and james reynolds of the other part and as to part thereof lease dated 1 july 1988 made between the northern ireland housing executive of the one part and the clarence clothing company limited of the other part which said lands and premises are situate on the east side of distillery street in the city of belfast”;. Fourthly, all of the leasehold land and premises demised by and more particularly described in a lease dated 12 october 1988 and made between (1) northern ireland housing executive and (2) westlink enterprises limited and therein described as “all that piece or portion of ground containing five hundred and thirteen square yards or thereabouts situate at turin street in the county of the city or county borough of belfast which said piece or portion of ground is more particularly delineated and described on the map or ground plan thereof annexed hereto and thereon surrounded by a red line”; and. Fifthly, all that leasehold land and buildings demised by and more particularly described in a lease dated 12 march 1980 and made between (1) the northern ireland housing executive and (2) most reverend william j philbin D.D., very reverend gerard montague D.D.P.P.V.f and reverend sean campbell and therein described as “all that piece or parcel of land situate on the east side of distillery street in the parish of shankill, barony of upper belfast and county of the city and county borough of belfast more particularly delineated and described on the map or ground plan thereof hereto annexed and thereon edged red and which said map o plan is deemed to be incorporated herein and to form part of these presents” which said lands were assigned to the mortgagor by virtue of a deed of assignment dated 7 august 1990 and made between (1) most reverent cathal daly, most reverend patrick walsh, most reverend anthony farquhar and reverend sean campbell and (2) westlink enterprises limited which assignment was expressed to be subject to and with the benefit of the sub-lease;.
