All that and those the lands and premises situate at and known as holyrood house, 59 malone road, belfast, BT9 6SA being firstly a portion of the freehold lands and premises comprised in a fee farm grant dated 17 february 1933 and made between (1) david alexander taylor of the one part and thomas sidney holmes of the other part subject to the yearly rent thereby reserved and to the covenants and conditions of the grantee therein contained and secondly the leasehold lands and premises comprised in a lease dated 19 november 1987 and made between (1) deramore developments limited and (2) national house building council subject to the yearly rent thereby reserved and to the covenants and conditions of the lessee therein contained now more particularly described in deed of assignment & conveyance dated 2/11/20 and made between (1) national house building control and (2) northern ireland rape crisis association together with all buildings fixtures (including trade fixtures) and fixed plant and machinery from time to time thereon.
