All that and those the lands, hereditaments and premises acquired by the chargeant under indenture of transfer dated the 4TH day of july 1997 from diamond developments limited and more particularly described in the first schedule thereto as "all that plot of ground being part of the lands at riverstown shown edged red on the plan hereon to annexed situate in the barony of barrymore and county of cork and being part of the property described in folio 70450F of the register, county cork and now known as number 6 oakfield close, glanmire in the county of cork. The company therein covenanted that it shall not and will not create a second or subsequent charge of the charged premises without the prior consent in writing of the bank.
