All monies. Mortgage the dwelling house and premises situate at and known as 8 elmwood avenue in the city, parish and barony of belfast and county of the city or county borough of belfast being the hereditaments and premises comprised in and being assured by an indenture of conveyance dated 1/7/96 (registered in the registry of deeds on the day of ) and made between jeannie isabel winnifred dorman of the one part venture international limited of the one part held in fee simple subject to payment of the yearly rent of eight pounds reserved by fee farm grant dated 25/5/25 and to the covenants on the grantees part and conditions therein contained. The company therein convenanted that it shall not and will not create a second or subsequent charge of the charged premises without the prior consent in writing of the bank. Floating security but so that the company shall not be at liberty to create any mortgage or charge ranking in priority to or pari passu with these pre sents or sell or assign or grant any license to occupy any of the properties hereby charged without the prior written consent of the bank assign or charge its book debts.
