All monies.mortgage the hereditaments and premises comprised in an indenture of assignment dated 26TH day of july 1999 made between maria tougher of the first part, alliance & leicester PLC of the second part and daniel mcgeown and benmore developments (N.I.) limited of the third part being the premises comprised in an indenture of lease dated 1ST april 1966 and made between frederick charles tughan (personal representative of thomas mayne, deceased) of the one part and michael john brennan of the other part and therein described as "all that piece or parcel of ground situate on the south east side of stockman's avenue, belfast in the townland of ballydownfine, barony of belfast, upper and county of antrim more particularly described as to measurements abuttals and boundaries on the map annexed hereto and thereon edged red which said map shall be deemed to be incorporated in these presents" which said premises are now situate in the city of belfast and known as 31 stockman's avenue, belfast.
