Mortgage. The leasehold premises comprised in and demised by lease dated 20/7/78 made betwen rowatco limited of the one part and spence bryson & company limited of the other part whereby the premises therein described were demised for 10,000 years from 1/1/69 less the last three days thereof subject as therein and which premises were described in the second schedule thereto and are situate in the townland of rathgael parish of bangor barony of ards lower and county of down. 1. this mortgage is postponed and ranks second to legal mortgage dated 5/6/95 created by the company in favour of northern bank limited. 2. the company is not to create etc. any mortgage, charge, lien or other encum- brance which shall rank in priority to this mortgage or pari passu herewith without the consent in writing of the mortgagee.
