All monies. Mortgage the premises comprised in and assigned by an indenture of assignment dated 15/8/94 made between (1) hugh oliver mccann and (2) nationwide building society and (3) john comeron which said premises are therein described as "all that and those that piece or parcel of land tenement and premises situate lying and being on the west side of broughshane street in the town of ballymena parish of kirkinriola and county of antrim aforesaid containing in front to broughshane street 8.80 metres in depth and in from to rere on the north side 18.30 metres and at the rere 3.20 metres and from front to rere on the south side 17.46 metres be all said several admeasurements a little more or less as the same is delineated and described in the map or plan thereof hereon endorsed and thereon surrounded by a red line". Which said premises are situate and known as 36 broughshane street, ballymena aforesaid.
