All monies. Mortgage the hereditaments and premises comprised in and indenture of conveyance dated day of 1997 made between michael mcmullan of the one part and glencarn property limited of the other part and therein described as "all that and those the hreditaments and premises situate at the corner of main street and coleraine road in the town of maghera, barony of loughinsholin and county of londonderryknown as "walsh's hotel" together with the yard and out-buildings adjoining the said hotel and heretofore and used therewith". The mortgagor as beneficial owner hereby assigns (so far as the mortgagor is able) to the bank (but subject to the mortgagor's right to reassignment on redemption) the benefit of:- any other covenant, agreement, undertaking, charge, right or remedy re- lating to the property and all rights of the mortgagor to be paid or to receive compensation under any statute by reason of any compulsory acquisition requisitin or other exercise of compulsory powers relating to the property or any refusal withdrawal or modification of planning permission relative thereto or any con- trol or limitation imposed upon or affecting the user of same.
