Legal mortgage all that and those the hereditaments and premises situate at and known as the copelands hotel, 60 warren road, donaghadee in the town of donaghadee aprish of donaghadee barony of ards and county of down held for an estate in fee simple in possession as more particularly described firstly in an indenture of lease dated 6TH october 1937 and made between george leslie de lacherois and robert dunwoody of the other part subject to four indentures of sub-lease details whereof are specified in part ii of the schedule hereto and secondly in an indenture of lease dated 9TH february 1956 and made between georgina mary stone and ellen leslie jacqueline day of the first part, walter edward emerson-doran of the second part and copelands hotel (NI) limited of the third part which said hereditaments and premises are subject to an indenture of lease dated 3RD february 1997 between the company of the one part and robin allen corbett susan hazel corbett and christine victoria hutchinson of the one part for the term of twelve years from 1ST february 1997 subject to the yearly rent of #45,000.00 thereby reserved and to the covenants and conditions therein contained.
