Brief description
All those lands and buildings conveyed by way of a conveyance dated 7 november 1997 and made between (1) farm poultry limited and (2) bravura developments limited as described therein as "all that portion of ground with the buildings erected thereon being portion of the rookery field muckamore in the townland of muckamore parish of grange of muckamore barony of lower massereene and county of antrim as more particularly delineated and described as the abuttals measurements and boundaries thereof on the map annexed hereto and theron edged red together with a right of way at all times and for all purposes in common with the vendor and all other persons entitled thereto over and along the roadway coloured yellow on the said map and together also with the befit of such rights and other easements set out in the said grant of easement being the document numbered 2 in the first schedule hereto so far as they relate to and benefit the property hereby conveyed.", Which property is now known as ifs logistics park, seven mile straight, antrim, BT41 4QE.
