All that and those the lands heredit -aments and licensed premises firstly known as nito's bar, 26-28 queen street, magherafelt, county londonderry and contained in folios 27696 and ly 746 county londonderry and portion of the lands comprised in folio LY6424L county londonderry together with the intoxicating liquor licence attached thereto and the undertakings goodwill of the business carried on in the mortgaged property with any buildings now or hereafter erected or in the course of erection thereon and the benefit of all licences. Secondly known as the glensman, 31-33 main street, maghera, county londonderry which said premises are comprised in a conveyance dated the 3RD day of march 1997 between seamus logan of the one part and the borrower of the other part together with the intoxicating liquor licence attached thereto and the under -takings goodwill of the business carried on in the mortgaged property with any buildings now or hereafter erected or in the course of erection thereon and the benefit of all licences.
