Mortgage. (A) the property known as 55 malone road belfast more particularly described in a conveyance dated 29TH january 1999 and made between the queens university of belfast and lincoln centre belfast limited and (b) the property known as 57 malone road belfast more particularly described and referred to in a conveyance dated 29TH january 1999 and made between the livestock and meat commission for northern ireland and lincoln centre belfast limited. Together with any buildings now, or at any time hereafter, constructed on the above properties ("the mortgaged premises"). The company shall not and will not create any second or subsequent mortgage in respect of the mortgaged premises without the prior consent in writing of the mortgagee. See doc 17 for further details.
