All monies.mortgage debenture 1. the company as beneficial owner and as a continuing security for the payment of all monies and the discharge of all obligations and liabilities thereby covenanted to be paid or otherwise hereby secured: (a) first (I) charged as registered owner or the person entitled to become registered as owner in favour of the bank such of the lands described in schedule 1 thereto being the lands described as the factory premises situate at and known as 211, moira road, lisburn, county down being the lands comprised in folio numbers 28430, 27045, 3916 and 21940 county antrim together with all buildings fixtures (including trade fixtures) fixed plant and machinery from time to time thereon as are registered in the land registry with payment to the bank of all monies due or to become due by the company to the bank and hereby requests that the charge hereby created be registered as a burden on the said lands subject to the proviso for redemption hereinafter contained; see doc 18 for further details.
