All monies.debenture the lands and premises comprised in an indenture of lease dated 5 september 1914 made between the most honourable arthur willis john wellington trumbull blundell marquis of downshire of the first part and the right honourable arthur william hill of the second part and the north of ireland produce company limited of the third part, for the term of 200 years from 1 november 1914 subject to the yearly rent of twelve pounds and ten shillings thereby reserved and to the covenants on the part of the lessee and conditions therein contained and therein described as "all that and those that part of ground in the town of dundrum on the road leading from newcastle to castlewellan and containing in front to said road two hundred and seven feet or thereabouts and having an area of two roods and seventeen perches situate in the townland of dundrum parish of kilmegan barony of lecale and county of down which premises are shown on the plan drawn in the fold of these presents and thereon edged red".
