Mortgage (incorporating a floating charge). 1. property at shankill road and tennent street belfast comprised in the conveyance dated 14TH of august 1998 between (1) elim trust corporation and (2) the company and the fee farm grant dated 25 august 1998 between (1) united communications limited and (2) the company. 2. floating charge over all the undertaking and assets of the company including goodwill and uncalled capital. Note. Until all the ums secured by the mortgage deed have been paid the company shall not create any mortgage or charge in respect of the property at (1) (other than the mortgage deed) ranking in priority to or pari passu with this floating charge.
