All monies.debenture (1) the land and premises comprised in an indenture of conveyance dated 14 august 1998 made between the elim trust corporation and greater shankill partnership property development company limited and therein described as:- the premises forming part of the grant as described in the second schedule to the conveyance dated 20 march 1990 between belfast city council and the elim trust corporation as "all that the premises more particularly described and delineated on the map or ground plan thereof hereunto attached and thereon edged red being part of the premises comprised in the indenture of fee farm grant dated 1 february 1938 and made between david allen & sons billposting limited of the one part and shankill stadium company limited of the other part and situated on the north side of shankill road and west side of tennent street in the parish of shankill otherwise belfast barony of upper belfast and city of belfast". (2) the premises as secondly conveyed to the vendor by the said conveyance of 20 march 1990 as "that portion of the premises coloured blue on the said map".
