All monies.mortgage the company's premises situate at all that and those the hereditaments and premises comprised in an indenture of conveyance dated 17TH december 1998 (registered in the registry of deeds belfast on 24TH february 1999 no. 030110) between william ramsey and patricia ramsey of the one part and the mortgagor of the other part and therein described as firstly "all that the public house and premises situate on the corner of mill street and galgorm street ballymena known as "the george" 56/58 mill street, ballymena aforesaid in the parish of kirkinriola barony of lower toome and county of antrim as more particularly delineated on the map thereof annexed hereto and thereon surrounded by a red line" otherwise also described as 54/58 mill street, ballymena aforesaid and secondly "all that and those that piece or parcel of ground with the premises buildings and erections thereon and the rights members and appurtenances there- unto belonging (hereinafter referred to as "the premises") situate on the south east side of galgorm street in the borough of ballymena which premises were formerly known as numbers 2, 4, 6 and 8 galgorm street and are now known as numbers 2, 4, 6 and 8 pats brae, ballymena in the county of antrim.
