All monies debenture. All that portion of the building known as omagh community house 50,52,54 market street/drumragh avenue county tyrone comprised in and demised by a lease dated the 24THDAY of april 2009 and made between james joseph maquire of the one part and omagh community house of the other part and described in the first schedule as 'all that part of the building more particulary delineated and described as to measurements, abuttals and boundaries on the map attached hereto and thereon edged red' which said portion of building is held for a term of 250 years from the 1ST day of april 2009 subject to the yearly rent of £0.05 (five pence) and to the covenants and conditions therein contained.
