Debenture. " the premises situate at and known as 2/10 duncrue street, belfast BT3 9BP held under an indenture of lease dated 12TH april 1973 between the lord mayor alderman and citizens of the city of belfast (1) and wordie cowan limited (2) for the term of ninety nine years from 1ST april 1973 subject to the yearly rent thereby reserved and to the covenants on the part of the lessee and conditions therein contained and described therein as "all that piece or parcel of land situate on the north side of duncrue street in the townland of skegoneill parish and barony of belfast and county of the city and county borough of belfast bounded on the north by duncrue pass on the south by duncrue street on the west by duncrue place and on the east by duncrue road more particularly described as to abuttals measurements and boundaries on the map or ground plan thereof hereto annexed and thereon edged red together with the buildings and erections now standing thereon".
