All monies. Mortgage. All that portion of the lands and premises comprised in a lease dated the 24TH of october one thousand nine hundred and made between robert perceval maxwell (1) and thomas houston (2) for the term of nine hundred and ninety nine years from the 1ST november one thousand nine hundred subject to the yearly rent of #15.42 but indemnified against the payment thereof which said portion of lands and premises are described as all that plot of ground situate on the north side of cedar grove of cedar mount in the parish and borough of bangor barony of lower ards and county of down more particularly delineated on the map attached hereto and thereon edged red. The company therein covenanted that it shall not and will not create a second or subsequent charge of the charged premises without the prior consent in writing of the bank.
