Mortgage debenture - all monies the company as beneficial owner as security for the payment and discharged of the secured obligations, thereby: (a) charged all that the lands comprised in land registry folio AN60725L situate at queens square, belfast. (B) grants and demises unto the chargee all that the lands and premises known as 17 queen's square, belfast which are comprised in a deed of conveyance dated 21 february 2000 between the chargee of the one part and the company of the other part. (C) charged to the chargee by way of floating charge all the undertaking and all the property and assets of the company whatsoever and wheresoever both present and future and the property and assets described in paragraphs (a) and (b) if and so far as the charges thereon or in any part or parts therein contained shall for any reason be ineffective as a fixed charge.
