All monies. Mortgage of licences. The benefit of all intoxicating liquor licences and all other licences for the time being held by or on behalf of the borrower in connection with the hereditaments and premises known as the four in hand, 116/118 lisburn road, belfast, more particularly described in the schedule to an indenture of mortgage dated 21ST august 2000 between the borrower of the one part and the governor and company of the bank of ireland of the other part to which this indenture is supplemental (hereinafter called "the principal mortgage") (hereinafter called "the mortgaged premises") (as defined in the principal mortgage) or any part thereof and the goodwill of any business carried on in the mortgaged premises to hold the same unto the bank subject only to the proviso for redemption of the principal mortgage.
