Mortgage - all monies all that the property comprised in an indenture of conveyance dated the 4TH day of june 2001 made between paracin limited of the one part and the borrower of the other part which premises are more particularly described in the second schedule to the said indenture as "all that" piece or parcel of ground more particularly delineated and edged red on the map thereof attached hereto situate in the village of portballintrae barony of lower dunluce and county of antrim which the buildings thereon will be known as the bayview hotel, bayhead road, portballintrae, co antrim together with the intoxicating liquor licence attached thereto and the undertakings goodwill of the business carried on in the mortgaged property with any buildings now or hereafter erected or in the course of erection thereon and the benefit of all licences.
