All that and those lands and buildings conveyed and assigned by and more particularly described and defined in a deed of conveyance and assignment dated 14 february 2002 and made between (1) michael roden and (2) latt limited together with the land and buildings registered at the land registry of northern ireland with folio numbers AN135249L county antrim and AN100139L county antrim all of which land and buildings are collectively known as the park centre, donegall road, belfast;. For details of each lease charged please see schedule 2 part 8 of the debenture;. All the assets and undertaking of the company whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, as charged from time to time pursuant to clause 3.1 to clause 3.5 of the debenture.
