Security agreement - all monies. In order to provide continuing security for the payment or performance of the obligation, the company hereby vests possession of the certificates of title to the collateral in the bank (or its agent) to the intent that the bank shall have a first priorty security interest or interest in the collateral in accordance with article 2 (3) of the security interests (jersey) law 1983 but so that the bank shall not in any circumstances incur any liability or be under any obligation....
